Michael Lo is a practicing barrister with Gary Soo’s Chambers in Hong Kong, and a Member of the Hong Kong Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). 

He specialises in construction, aviation, and shareholder disputes and cross-border corporate and commercial matters. His legal proficiency encompasses a wide range of complex matters, including property and land disputes, adverse possessions, equity and trust issues, matrimonial and probate cases, company and commercial law, Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) matters, seeking injunctions and making applications under the Companies Ordinance.

In the sphere of arbitration, Michael Lo has been involved as RV clients representative in various international commercial disputes, including arbitration proceedings in Hong Kong related to construction disputes governed by Macau laws. He is also a contributor to “Construction Law and Practice in Hong Kong, 5th Edn.” 

Michael is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, Michael’s language skills significantly enhance his ability to serve a diverse clientele as RV´s International Counsel.
